1. About Cheeky Canvases
Cheeky Canvases provides artistic paint-and-sip experiences featuring professional artists and live body-painted models for private parties, corporate events, cruise lines, festivals, public events, and special occasions.
All experiences are intended for entertainment and artistic expression.
Guests must be 18 years of age or older to attend any Cheeky Canvases event unless otherwise specified for a private event.
Valid government-issued identification may be required.
Reservations are not confirmed until payment or deposit has been received.
Private events may require a signed agreement and non-refundable deposit.
Final guest counts and remaining balances are due before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Tickets are generally non-refundable.
If you cannot attend, your ticket may be transferred to another guest with prior notice.

Rescheduling requests made at least fourteen (14) days before the event may be accommodated based on availability.
Cheeky Canvases reserves the right to reschedule due to severe weather, emergencies, venue issues, illness, or circumstances beyond our control.
Alcohol is not included unless specifically stated.
Guests consuming alcohol are expected to do so responsibly.
Cheeky Canvases is not responsible for injuries, damages, or incidents resulting from alcohol consumption.

Photos and videos may be taken during events for promotional purposes.
By attending, you grant Cheeky Canvases permission to use photographs or video in marketing materials, social media, advertisements, and our website.
If you do not wish to appear in photographs, please notify event staff before the event begins.
All artwork, logos, branding, instructional materials, website content, graphics, and photographs are the property of Cheeky Canvases unless otherwise noted.
